The installer runs without a window and records your organization’s key (/LICENSEKEY): your employees never have to type it. It installs for each user, without administrator rights (/CURRENTUSER).
With /UPDATES=off, Anonyma never checks for or downloads an update: you decide when to deploy a new version.
Anonyma reads documents in a separate, locked-down Windows process, which Windows gives no network access and no access to your folders. With /PROTECTED=required, your users cannot continue without this protection.
One licence for your team: each activated computer takes one seat. Computer management on request: we adjust the number of seats or free the seat of a replaced computer.

Export in one file what Anonyma has learned on one computer: the words to keep visible, the words to hide, the suggestions set aside, the number formats and the learned forms. Your colleagues import it on their computer, and nothing is removed from their own settings.
The file contains no document. The words to hide are in it only as a fingerprint, without their text, and what Anonyma learned automatically is not copied into it. The “Always hide” list stays with each Windows user, encrypted on their computer.
